As Director Sales & Business Development, you will be the driving force behind our growth. You will develop new markets, build strategic partnerships, and position Automation A as a go-to partner in the automation and robotics ecosystem.
Strategic Sales: Identify and win new clients across industries such as automotive, manufacturing, and warehouse logistics
Business Development: Build partnerships with AGV/AMR manufacturers and fleet management software providers
Key Account Management: Develop and manage long-term customer relationships with a focus on upselling and retention
Go-to-Market: Shape pricing, positioning, and market entry strategies for our consulting services
Thought Leadership: Represent Automation A at conferences, on LinkedIn, and through industry publications
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in automation, logistics, or industrial technology
Experience building and scaling client relationships and strategic partnerships
Solid understanding of intralogistics and automation technologies (e.g. AMRs, AGVs, fleet orchestration)
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills, and clear communication style
Fluent in English and German
